Itinerary for the day:
9:30-9:50am arrivals, settle lunch into place, make tea & coffee

9:50-10:10am orientation & intention settings 

10:10am-12pm session

12-1pm spacious lunch 

1-2:30pm session

2:30-3:30pm integrations & closure
