Hi! I’m Barbara.
I help individuals and communities transform old beliefs & relational patterns into opportunities for healing, integrating and thriving.
Life cycles through endings and beginnings that invite you to constantly let go and recreate your life path. Oftentimes this can leave you feeling stuck in the middle of one chapter and the next unwritten one in your story.
I offer 1:1 coaching, retreats, and community consulting to address life’s transitions and pain points through playful, creative methods helping you get unstuck and more ready to co-create with your life. Whether you’re seeking a way to personally evolve or strengthen your community’s connections, I am here for you.
Mission
Reweaving Communities exists to support individuals and groups through life’s seasons by guiding them back to wholeness through community, creativity, and connection to the cyclical rhythms of nature. Through workshops, 1:1 sessions, retreats, and consulting, we help unravel outdated patterns and reweave new ways of relating that foster healing, resilience, and collective thriving.
Core Values
-
Community
We believe healing is amplified in relationship. By creating spaces rooted in trust, care, and collaboration, we invite deeper belonging and mutual transformation.
-
Creativity
We honor the role of play, storytelling, and embodiment as essential tools for personal growth, expression, and the reimagining of possibility.
-
The Cyclical
We root our work in the natural rhythms of the earth, embracing seasonality, rest, and renewal as foundational to individual and collective well-being.
